Satisfaction guarantee

If your book has a technical issue (missing pages, failed generation, or unreadable PDF), email us within 14 days of purchase with your order number. We will re-generate your book or issue a full refund.

Eligible refunds

• Generation failed after payment and could not be completed
• PDF corrupted or incomplete
• Wrong story or major personalization error on our side

Non-refundable

• Subjective dislike of artistic style when generation succeeded
• Expired download links (links are valid 30 days — save your PDF)
